Jazz Is Elementary
Gold Coast Jazz Society's jazz education programs include an introduction to jazz and its fundamentals for grades K-5.
Jazz Playin' Man: Duke Ellington
Based upon the Caldecott Book Award children's book this concert is geared for grades 4 through 6.
Share-A-Jazz
A 20-30 minute in-class program to introduce elementary school children to the origins and development of jazz music.
Facets of Jazz
A jazz education program for middle and high school students which introduces them to various jazz styles including Blues, Swing, Bop, Latin and Bossa Nova and the elements of syncopation and improvisation.
Master Classes and Workshops
Jazz artists present workshops and master classes in the Broward County public schools. Past workshops include: Nnenna Freelon at Seagull School in "Babysong", Nancy Marano in NE High School in "Improving Vocals", Susannah McCorkle, Monty Alexander, Noel Freidline, Eddie Higgins, Duffy Jackson and others.
Jazz Cabarets
Jazz events in a more intimate setting with jazz, food and fun for Society members and friends featuring local jazz musicians.

Mainstage Concert Series with Jazz Happy Hour
Eight concert series (October - May) at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, Fort Lauderdale.
The Jazz Happy Hour (2 for 1) includes a complimentary pre-show lecture with radio host Stu Grant.
